Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to commonly asked questions about our products and services.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
Can I customise a dress?
Only sometimes! Our dresses are pre-made so we cannot offer full customisation. However, if you reach out through our social media we can see if your desired customisation is possible for a small fee.
Can I book a dress to order later?
You can if the dress is in stock. Please contact through our social media. However, booking does not mean full guarantee of availability later as our booking system is still manual.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currenlty, we only accept cash on delivery and bkash (personal) payment. We will soon include other options including credit/debit cards and merchant bkash.
Do I need to pay an advance?
For cash on delivery orders, we do not charge any advance. However, in some cases such as ordering more than 1/2 dresses and the location being outside Dhaka, we might hold the order and ask for a delivery charge in advance.
We also sometimes ask for delivery charge in advance if someone has a less than robust delivery record, which we check through the internal system of our delivery partners.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary a little depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 01 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 1-2 within Dhaka and outside districts can take 2-4 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Also, please contact us before placing an international order.
What is your return policy?
Yes, we have a return and exchange policy. Please read our return and exchange policy for this matter. Look at the resources section below.
