Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Overview

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the window below, through our official social media channels.

All claims must be initiated within 02 days (48 hours) of the delivery date/time — as marked by our delivery partner. After this window closes, we are unable to offer an exchange, partial refund, or full refund.

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned (only exchange will be possible) or considered for a refund unless there is a verified defect or an error on our part. All sales are considered final upon delivery. Therefore, ask the delivery person to wait and inspect the dress before you accept it.

When you do not like the dress, you can return the package to the delivery person if they are still waiting. Kindly, provide the delivery fee in such cases, escpecially when there are no defects but you simply do not like the product in real. We advise you to look at pictures and review pictures carefully and ask us in DM about details/colour if you are unsure about anything.

After you accept the parcel, we can only offer an exchange for defects or change of mind. We can only consider full or partial refund when two consecutive exchange attempts fail to deliver the right result due to our errors or defects.

To complete your exchange or refund, we would require the invoice/order number/phone number used during ordering.

There are certain situations where exchange or refund cannot be considered:

  • Dress with obvious signs of use
  • Dress that has been washed
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any claim that is made after the specified days mentioned above

More on Exchange

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged (a), or even you simply changed your mind or there is a size issue on your part (e.g. ordered size is not fitting well) (b). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message at any of our social media pages. Mention your order code/phone number used during the order.

For the exchange mentioned above, clause (b) is subject to availability of the same item; if clause (a) is applicable and we do not have the same item, you can either take another item and adjust the amount, or request a partial or full refund- based on extent of defect/damage and mutual discussion.

To exchange your product, please keep the dress properly folded and if possible in the original package. Store it in a clean, dust-free area, and as carefully as possible. Wait for our courier person to call you when the exchanged item is ready to deliver to you. Hand over the product you had before to the courier person and take the exchanged item.

You will be responsible for paying for delivery cost when exchange is not due to our error (e.g. size mismatch or defects). We will bear the delivery cost when it is mistake from our end (e.g. size mismatch or defects).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (1/2 days within Dhaka and 2/3 days outside Dhaka after it has been dispatched from our end). This might vary a little during extra load times like Eid. Please consult with us before placing a request for an exchange during extra load/festival time etc.
